• Name, email address, and mobile telephone number.
• Account identifiers and authentication information (for app accounts).

• Reservation information, including pickup, stop, and drop-off addresses.

• Payment status, fare, tip, refund, and receipt information. We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes; card data is entered directly with our payment processor.

• Driver identity, assignment, and operational status.
• Precise driver location, when necessary for dispatch or during an active assignment.
• Push-notification tokens, device identifiers, diagnostic data, and security logs.
• Website form submissions and support requests.

• Coordinate customers, passengers, payers, drivers, and dispatch staff.
• Process transportation payments and refunds and deliver receipts.
• Send transactional SMS and push notifications you have consented to receive.

We use a limited set of service providers to operate the service. Each processes information under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Supabase — application infrastructure, authentication, and database services for the website and apps.
• Google Maps Platform (Places) — address lookup and autocomplete on our booking and quote forms; this is the mapping and location provider used by the service.
• Google Analytics — aggregate website usage measurement.
• Our email delivery provider — sending quote confirmations, reservation notices, and receipts from our notify.www.kochlimo.com sending domain.
• Square — payment processing for transportation charges, tips, and refunds.
• Twilio — transactional SMS delivery to customers who have opted in.
• Apple and Google — mobile app distribution and push-notification infrastructure.
• Expo — mobile application infrastructure and over-the-air updates.

We do not sell personal information.

Driver location may be collected while a driver is on an assignment or an active trip, for dispatch, safety, pickup coordination, and trip progress. Customer location is not continuously tracked. Location permissions are requested only for genuine functionality, such as suggesting a pickup address or showing trip progress.

You can change or revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling them may limit features such as automatic pickup detection or live trip status.

• With the assigned driver and authorized staff, as operationally necessary.
• With payment, messaging, hosting, and infrastructure providers listed above.
• With government agencies, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when legally required.
• With a business successor if ownership of the business changes, subject to applicable law.

Personal information is not sold for advertising. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Operational data is retained only as long as needed to provide services, support customers, and maintain security. Payment, tax, dispute, and transportation records may be retained longer where legally required.

Account deletion removes or de-identifies data we are not required to retain. You can request deletion in the app where that feature is available, or from our account deletion page. Deleting an account does not necessarily delete legally required transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting records.

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out; reply START to restore consent.
• Manage notification and location permissions in your device settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting contact@kochlimo.com.
• Withdraw payment authorization where applicable by contacting us before a charge is completed.

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Minors should not independently create transportation accounts; reservations for minors must be arranged by a responsible adult.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, and database-level authorization rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate in the United States, and our providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where they maintain infrastructure. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your state or country.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
