How deletion works
- If your version of the KOCH-WAYNE app includes an account deletion option, you can start the request from your account settings in the app.
- You can also submit a deletion request from this page, without installing the app.
- We verify your identity before deleting anything — usually by contacting you at the email address or mobile number on the account.
- Once verified, your account and the data we are not legally required to keep are deleted or de-identified.
- Certain payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and transportation records may be retained to meet legal or legitimate business requirements.
- Deletion is permanent once completed and cannot be undone.
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an upcoming reservation. Contact dispatch at (201) 552-8547 about active or upcoming trips.
Never include passwords, card numbers, CVV codes, verification codes, or private trip details in this form.
